What is your cancellation policy?

IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR MODIFY YOUR RESERVATION, PLEASE DO SO AT LEAST 7 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL DATE. To modify your reservation, please call (435) 675-5844 or email us at [email protected]. Any modification to a reservation is subject to availability at the time the modification is requested.

Cancelled reservations will forfeit the $75 reservation deposit. Reservations cancelled within 48 hrs of the pick up date will be charged one full days rental. If you are a “no show” you will be charged one full days rental. For more information please visit our reservations page.
