What if it rains or there are high winds?

The weather at Lake Powell can be unpredictable and our top priority is the safety of our customers. If the weather predictions show a chance of high winds or rain, we may recommend rescheduling your reservation if availability allows or canceling your reservation altogether. Cancellation charges will be waived if weather conditions are a high risk for boaters. We reserve the right, solely at our discretion, to reschedule and/or cancel your reservation in the event of unpredictable weather.

If the weather is bad enough that we will not let you take the boat out, we will refund your $75 deposit. If you decide you don’t want to go out we will not charge you for the rental but the $75 deposit will not be refunded. We do not give refunds for returning the boat early unless we can rent the boat out again.
